Kriti Monga is a creative strategist for brands, graphic designer, illustrator and design educator in New Delhi, with a passion for all things type and hand-crafted. She is the founding director of Turmeric Design and till recently, a partner at Quick Brown Fox Design, both amongst India’s leading brand design studios. Her independent body of work with lettering and typography, various public art installations and illustrated journals explore a vocabulary that is playful yet deeply thoughtful.

Her ‘Typerventions’, collaborative modular-type installations in public spaces, have become a popular learning tool and workshop for enthusiasts. She teaches courses and workshops in design, illustration, lettering, type design, typography and design management around the world and holds several honours and awards, including Indi-Pool Best Graphic Design Studio, India 2015 and an honourable mention at SOTA’s Catalyst Award in 2011.
